Hello to our fabulous fans!  Long time, no blog...for that, I apologize, but, it has been for a very good reason!  My family is absolutely thrilled to announce that we have grown by two feet as we welcomed our newest miracle, Hopelyn Jane, to the family in May!  Check out some family shots below!

When I first opened Luxury Baby Nursery, I did so in order to provide for my family while being able to stay home and care for my family.  This plan has worked out beautifully for the past eight years, but with the arrival of our newest little bundle of joy, it has become impossible for me to provide the exceptional level of customer support you have grown to love, deserve, and expect from our boutique.  It is for that reason that I have decided to step aside and pass the torch to a new owner.

Our new owner is a young, energetic go-getter whom I have complete confidence in as the new owner of Luxury Baby Nursery.  I have no doubt she will take our little corner of the web and nurture it so it flourishes to become bigger and better than ever!  In the very near future, she will pop in to introduce herself.

At this time, we are preparing to make preparations to transition Luxury Baby Nursery over to her new home.  In order to successfully do that, we will undergo a temporary closure from September 1st to October 1st so that I can process all existing orders and make sure everything is in tip top shape for our new owner to take over on October 1st.

So, now is a great time to take advantage of our summer sale!  The last day of this sale will also be the last day Luxury Baby Nursery is open for a month, so, I would highly suggest taking advantage of our huge savings now!

I will continue to post reminders and updates about our upcoming, temporary closure as well as our re-opening progress on Facebook.  Until then, please know it has been an absolute pleasure to help you design the nurseries of your dreams for eight years, and, I will miss you all very much!  I do have a few new endeavors that I will be starting soon, and, I will be thinking of you every step of the way in my new career.

Thank you so much for your loyalty and support as I watched my baby grow from a tiny mom and pop shop to the huge success it is today.  I am so grateful for your trust, friendship, and, the memories we've made designing your baby's first bedrooms.  The pleasure has been all mine!

Our Favorite Bratt Decor Crib

At Luxury Baby Nursery, a definite fan favorite is our furniture collection by Bratt Decor.  Bratt Decor offers beautiful cribs, dressers, nightstands, armoires, and more for your baby's nursery.  With so many gorgeous Bratt Decor cribs to choose from, we are often asked which one is our favorite.  We've found that our favorite Bratt Decor Crib changes each year, but, this year we're going with the Bratt Decor Chelsea Lifetime Crib in Espresso. 

This crib features a stationary gate. The Chelsea lifetime crib starts as a beautiful crib and grows into a full size bed. Shown in rich, deep stained espresso, this design is the epitome of majesty. Lyrical lines, soft curves, and ornate panels define this crib's beauty. To convert crib to a full bed, you must buy a twin/full metal bedframe and footboard adapter (sold separately). The Chelsea lifetime crib fits a standard U.S. mattress and has a stationary gate. Crib offers three heights for the mattress. Full bed requires a standard full mattress and boxspring (sold separately).

At Luxury Baby Nursery we are often asked what we think are up and coming baby nursery colors to fill the void for those parents who wish to avoid the more traditional pink or blue route for their baby's bedroom.  Today we've chosen to highlight one of our favorite colors that is perfect for a boy or girl baby nursery: gray.  Gray is a soothing, gender neutral hue which pairs beautifully with a multitude of other colors, allowing expectant parents to add a bit of vibrancy to their baby's nursery.  We especially love gray with pink...we can't help ourselves...there is something about the color pink that we just love to see in baby girls' nurseries.  Gray and pink are a gorgeous color combination for a baby nursery.  We especially love New Arrivals Stella Gray Crib Bedding shown below.
